Wager Portal Rules

The terms and conditions governing participation in the ProphetGG Wager Portal rewards program. Read carefully — by using the portal you agree to comply with everything below.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to participate in the Wager Portal.
You must be registered on Stake.com or Stake.us using the official ProphetGG affiliate code. Wagering on accounts not linked to the affiliate code is not eligible for portal rewards.
You must comply with all applicable laws and Stake's own Terms of Service, including any regional restrictions imposed by Stake.
You must accurately represent your location and identity. Use of VPNs, proxies, or other tools to misrepresent your location is grounds for disqualification.
You must maintain an active Discord account in the official ProphetGG Discord server to claim certain rewards and submit support tickets.

Critical Rule

One Account Per Household

Only one ProphetGG portal account per household is eligible for rewards. A "household" is defined as any individuals sharing a residence, network, device, or physical address.

Multiple accounts that originate from the same physical device, same household IP, same residential address, or that share substantial overlap in browser fingerprint, hardware identifiers, or login session data will be treated as a single household for the purposes of this rule.

Failure to comply with this rule can result in your Wager Portal account being banned.

This rule applies regardless of whether the accounts are wagering on Stake.com, Stake.us, or both, and regardless of any differences in registered email, username, or login IP at the time of investigation.

Account Conduct

One account per person. You may not register, operate, or control more than one ProphetGG portal account. Alternate accounts ("alts"), proxy accounts, or accounts operated on behalf of another individual are strictly prohibited.
Account credentials are non-transferable. You may not sell, lend, gift, or transfer your portal account to another person.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your portal credentials. ProphetGG is not liable for losses or unauthorized claims resulting from compromised credentials.
Impersonating another user, ProphetGG staff, Stake staff, or any third party is grounds for immediate account termination.
You may not use scripts, bots, browser automation, or third-party software to interact with the portal or generate wagering activity. All wagering must be performed manually by the registered account holder.
Coordinated play between multiple users designed to manipulate leaderboards, raffles, auctions, or other reward mechanisms is prohibited.

Wager Tracking & Eligibility

All wager totals used to determine rewards are pulled from Stake's official affiliate reporting tools. ProphetGG does not maintain an independent ledger of your gameplay.
Wager totals may take up to 48 hours to reflect in the portal after gameplay. ProphetGG is not responsible for delays in Stake's reporting.
Certain game types may be excluded or weighted differently for the purposes of reward calculation. The current excluded-games list is maintained by ProphetGG and may be updated at any time.
If Stake reverses, voids, or adjusts a transaction after the fact (for example, due to a malfunction, void bet, or chargeback), the corresponding wager will be removed from your portal totals.
Monthly wager totals reset on the 1st of each calendar month at 00:00 UTC. Daily rewards reset at 02:00 ET to align with the streaming schedule.

Rewards & Claims

All reward values, tier thresholds, and bonus structures shown in the portal are subject to change without prior notice. ProphetGG reserves the right to modify any portion of the reward program at any time.
Reward claims are processed in the order received and may take up to 72 hours to complete. High-volume periods (weekends, end-of-month) may extend this window.
All rewards are credited as bonus funds, deposit credits, or other in-platform value as determined by ProphetGG. Cash equivalents are not offered unless explicitly stated.
Reward eligibility is determined at the time of claim. A reward unlocked but not claimed before the end of the eligibility period (typically end of calendar month) is forfeit.
Disputes regarding reward calculations must be submitted via official Discord support ticket within 30 days of the reward date. Late disputes will not be considered.
ProphetGG reserves the right to withhold any reward pending verification of identity, location, or account activity.

Fraud, Abuse & Forfeiture

ProphetGG may investigate any account at any time using device fingerprinting, IP analysis, browser-property tracking, behavioral analysis, and any other reasonable technical means.
Misrepresentation of identity, location, age, residential address, or any other registration detail is grounds for immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all unpaid rewards.
Use of stolen identity, stolen payment methods, or any credentials not belonging to you is grounds for immediate permanent ban and may be reported to law enforcement and Stake.
Bonus-hunting patterns — including but not limited to wagering exclusively to clear deposit bonuses with no organic play, abandoning accounts after collecting rewards, or coordinating with other players to skim rewards — are grounds for disqualification.
Exploiting bugs, undocumented features, or unintended portal behavior to gain rewards not normally available is prohibited. Discovered exploits should be reported via Discord ticket; doing so in good faith will not result in penalty.
If a violation is discovered after a reward has been paid, ProphetGG reserves the right to deduct the value from future earnings, reverse the credit on Stake, or pursue other reasonable remedies.
Forfeited rewards are non-recoverable. No appeals process exists for confirmed violations of the household rule, multi-accounting rule, or fraud-related rules.

Verification

At any time and at ProphetGG's sole discretion, you may be asked to verify your identity, residential address, age, or other registration details before a reward is processed.
Acceptable forms of verification include but are not limited to: government-issued photo ID, recent proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), selfie verification, and confirmation of Stake KYC status.
Refusal to complete verification within 14 days of request will result in forfeiture of all pending and future rewards on the account.
Verification documents are reviewed by ProphetGG staff under reasonable confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of confirming account legitimacy. Documents are retained only as long as necessary.

Privacy & Data Collection

By using the portal, you consent to ProphetGG collecting and storing the following: registration email, Stake username, signup IP address, login IP address, device fingerprint hash, browser user-agent string, screen and hardware properties, timezone, and reward claim history.
This data is used to: process rewards, enforce program rules (including the One Account Per Household rule), prevent fraud, and improve the portal experience.
Data is not sold to third parties. Data may be shared with Stake when reasonably necessary for cross-platform fraud prevention or reward processing.
Communications you initiate (Discord tickets, emails, in-portal messages) may be retained for record-keeping and quality purposes.
You may request a copy of the data ProphetGG holds about your account via Discord ticket. Reasonable identity verification will be required before data is released.

Communication & Support

Official ProphetGG support is provided exclusively through the official Discord server. Communications received through other channels (Twitter DMs, third-party platforms, in-game chat) are not considered official and may not receive a response.
Support response time is typically within 24 hours during business days. Complex disputes or verification reviews may take longer.
Threatening, abusive, harassing, or excessively profane communication directed at ProphetGG staff is grounds for restricted support access or full account termination.
ProphetGG announcements regarding rule changes, schedule updates, and reward modifications are published in the official Discord server and on the portal homepage. It is your responsibility to stay informed.

Streaming & Public Activity

By participating in chat during the official ProphetGG Kick stream, you consent to your username and chat activity being used in reward calculations, on-screen displays, leaderboards, and recorded VODs.
Chat activity weight, used in raffle draws, is calculated using anti-spam scoring as described on the Games Corner Raffles page. Spam, bot commands, emote-only messages, and the rain keyword are excluded from scoring.
Hateful, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate chat behavior may result in being timed out, banned from the Kick channel, and excluded from portal rewards.
Participation in giveaways, raffles, or community events conducted on stream is governed by the rules announced at the time of the event. Generally, you must be present and able to claim within a reasonable timeframe.

Termination & Suspension

ProphetGG reserves the right to suspend or terminate any portal account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including but not limited to violations of these Rules.
Suspended accounts will not earn or claim rewards during the suspension period. Suspensions may be temporary (pending investigation) or indefinite.
You may voluntarily close your portal account at any time by submitting a Discord ticket. Closed accounts forfeit any unpaid rewards and may not be reopened without ProphetGG approval.
Accounts inactive for more than 180 days may be archived. Archived accounts can be reactivated by signing in, but unclaimed rewards from inactive periods are not recoverable.

Changes to These Rules

ProphetGG may update, modify, or replace any portion of these Rules at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
Material changes to reward structures, eligibility criteria, or core program mechanics will be announced in the official Discord server in advance where reasonably practicable.
Your continued use of the portal after a rules update constitutes acceptance of the revised Rules. If you do not agree to a change, your only remedy is to close your account.

Disclaimer. The ProphetGG Wager Portal is a rewards program operated by ProphetGG, an affiliate of Stake.com and Stake.us. ProphetGG is not the operator of Stake.com or Stake.us, and is not responsible for gameplay outcomes, account balances, withdrawal processing, KYC procedures, or any other matter governed by Stake's own Terms of Service.

No Warranty. The Wager Portal and its rewards are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProphetGG disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability. In no event shall ProphetGG or any related party be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the portal. Total liability for any direct claim shall not exceed the value of rewards paid to your account in the 90 days preceding the claim.

Governing Law. These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, failing which, in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.
